Scope of Offerings

Concierge Services

We specialize in finding and booking last-minute regional flight deals. Our staff assists with itinerary planning, flight coordination, and customer support.

Digital Information Products

We offer digital guides and resources related to travel planning. These are delivered as downloadable files.

Physical Goods

We may sell travel accessories and related merchandise. These items are shipped to the address provided at purchase.

Refund Policy

Services

Concierge service fees are due at the time of booking. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date are non-refundable due to the time-sensitive nature of last-minute bookings.

In special cases, we may offer to reschedule your service. To request a change, contact us as soon as possible. Approval is subject to availability and any additional charges for new arrangements.

Information Products

Digital guides may be downloaded immediately after purchase. They are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no download links have been accessed. Requests should be made via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a send-back request, contact us for instructions. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on traveljets.link. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
